Angela is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I went into the home buying process as first time buyers and even though we did our research, Angela still taught us a lot. I've been through the process of buying a home 3 times, and sold my house once. Angela was AMAZING! We were on a time crunch with selling my home, and she was able to get me under contract within the week! She was even able to schedule the photographer within a couple of days which was great. I had so much anxiety and she was able to answer all of my questions which helped, and made me feel at ease. All of the terminology that I was not familiar with, she answered them in laymen's term. She knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable with everything, especially during closing. AND the best part was the negotiating. We sold above asking price because of her expertise in negotiating.
